岗位职责
- Monitoring sampling and inspection of in-coming materials, in-process materials, in-process products and finished products and ensures that these materials are in compliance with company requirements.
- Monitor laboratory tests.
- Monitor on-line process / packing activities.
- To maintain systems, documentation, implementation of ISO 22000, halal requirements and other may new food safety requirements.
- To ensure compliance to Food Act & Regulations.
- Prepares and maintains daily reports.
- Report all non-compliance to superior.
- To establish and maintain a documented quality system.
- To perform, managed and monitor internal quality audit activities in the company.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Performs any other duties as specified by the superior.
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
- Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes.
- In charge of all products Hazard Analysis.
