About the Role
As a Brain Development Coach, you will facilitate fun, engaging, and structured learning sessions focused on cognitive and brain development. These sessions are designed to enhance young learners’ thinking skills and learning capacity during their most formative years (ages 5 to 12 years).
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Conduct hands-on, interactive, brain-based lessons for young learners.
- Assessment & Profiling: Mark and review worksheets; perform learner profiling and baseline assessments (comprehensive training provided).
- Stakeholder Feedback: Observe, track, and provide progress updates to management, partners, and parents.
- Reporting & Admin: Prepare termly progress reports and assist with class documentation, material distribution, and essential paperwork.
- Curriculum Development: Design, write, and contribute to new curriculum modules and programs to enhance cognitive growth.
Commitment & Schedule
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday and/or Sunday (5-day work week)

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A collaborative team-player mindset.
- A background in teaching (tuition, enrichment, etc.) is a bonus.
- Candidates with experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioural needs will be prioritised.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
