Role Focus

This role offers end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment operations.

You will gain practical experience identifying suitable candidates, supporting hiring decisions, conducting structured interviews, and contributing to recruitment activities within a professional and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Source and engage prospective candidates through recruitment platforms, talent databases, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Conduct structured screening calls and interviews using established recruitment frameworks, with comprehensive training provided.
• Coordinate interview arrangements, candidate communications, and recruitment follow-up activities.
• Assess candidate suitability and maintain accurate, organised recruitment pipelines.
• Support onboarding activities to help deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness and overall hiring outcomes.
