We're Hiring: Hotel Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with other daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Friendly,professional, and customer-focused.
• Flexible and willing to perform both front desk and housekeeping duties.
• Previous experience in hotel front office, housekeeping, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to workshifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
