Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and network devices.
- Provide the regular maintenance support for contract customers.
- Monitor network performance and system security, performing regular updates, patching, and data backups for contract customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT incidents, serving as a high-level escalation point for contract customers.
- Manage the existing customer accounts; To establish trusting, long-term connections with customers and the company person in charge.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors as well as enquire about the cost of hardware and license.
- Collect the customer needs and propose suitable hardware, software license and solutions.
