Embryologist (Singapore)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embryologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technology (ART) services, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, including oocyte retrieval, insemination, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
- Conduct sperm preparation and cryopreservation of gametes and embryos.
- Monitor and assess embryo development using advanced imaging and assessment techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and patient data.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, including those set by the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards in the laboratory.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing research and development projects to improve ART techniques and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Life Science, Biomedical Science, Reproductive Medicine, Microbiology, or Clinical Embryology.
- Certification as an Embryologist from a recognized professional body.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an embryology laboratory.
- Has satisfactorily performed >50 embryology procedures under the supervision of an experienced embryologist.
- In-depth knowledge of human reproductive biology and ART procedures.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment used in embryology.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced reproductive technologies such as ICSI, PGT, and time-lapse embryo monitoring.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices in Singapore.
- Proven track record of successful IVF cycles and patient outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $7,000.00 per month
