About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.

• Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Support resource allocation and budget tracking.

• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably minimum 2 years experience
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
