Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Forecasting and Planning

• Collaborate closely with the region to gather and analyze the market data, trends, and customer demand patterns.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, adjusting as needed based on market changes and customer feedback from the region
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of demand plans and alignment with overall business goals for the region.

2. Supply Planning

• Coordinate with HQ teams to manage supply planning, ensuring that supply meets the demand forecast across markets.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing overstocking and stockouts.
• Collaborate with HQ and local teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, managing lead times and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain.

3. S&OP

• Actively participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing insights on demand trends, supply constraints, and opportunities for alignment between departments
• Assist in the preparation of S&OP reports and forecasts, ensuring consistency and accuracy in planning across all markets.

4. Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, service levels, and on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and present reports for management, highlighting potential risks, supply gaps, or opportunities for process improvement.

5. Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Liaise with regional teams and HQ to ensure alignment in supply chain strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth communication and execution of demand and supply plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in demand and supply planning.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
