Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
- Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
- Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
- Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and service delivery reports
- Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
- Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication
- OR at least 3 years of full-time working experience
- Computer literate and tech-savvy
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Good command of English in both spoken and written forms
