Key responsibilities:
- Providing project coordination support across marketing initiatives and campaigns to help ensure activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Assisting with the development, review, and coordination of marketing materials, including submission and tracking through internal review and approval systems.
- Supporting the sales team in the planning and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) educational programmes, speaker events, and engagement activities.
- Supporting sales operations – i.e. contract preparation and tracking
- Supporting the planning and execution of product launch activities, Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement programmes, and public-facing events.
- Coordinating with external vendors on quotations, contracts, due diligence requirements, and event logistics.
- Raising, tracking, and reconciling purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor payments to support timely project execution.
- Providing administrative support to the Vaccines Business Unit, including expense report preparation for the Business Unit Director and review of expense reports submitted by the director's direct reports.
- Performing other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree or equivalent, additional certifications or training in administrative, secretarial, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience in marketing support role
- Experience in general office procedures and administrative best practices.
- Proficient in using office software and technology, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, Ariba, Concur, and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Good initiative and willing to think of solutions to resolve work problems with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
