Job Description

• Manage incoming calls professionally while maintaining accurate communication records and customer interaction logs.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through courteous, responsive, and professional communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer qualified leads to the Sales team for further follow-up.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding job status, service progress, and completion timelines.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns effectively using a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction records within the CRM system.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by creating positive, engaging, and value-added customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a Client Service Representative role will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed customer service performance targets.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with strong active listening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.
• Customer-focused with the adaptability to meet diverse customer needs and expectations.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Willing to work on-site in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
