About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Senior Channel Executives to drive our regional sales growth by expanding and managing our agent network. If you have a passion for sales, networking, and developing people, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit and develop new sales partners, including agencies (BAGs), partners (BEPs), and sales executives (BSEs).

2. Conduct product, sales, and onboarding training for agents within the Northern Region (Kedah).

3. Build strong relationships with agencies and agents by providing continuous coaching, guidance, and operational support.

4. Drive regional sales performance and achieve recruitment and activation targets.

5. Plan and execute recruitment activities, roadshows, and sales campaigns to expand the distribution network.

6. Monitor agent performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and sales growth.

Requirements

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, channel management, dealer management, or agency recruitment.

3. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

4. Experience in the telecommunications, insurance, FMCG, or direct sales industry is an added advantage.

5. Possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
