Job Description
- Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations, including raising purchase orders from stakeholder requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering value across APAC
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand requirements, while shaping procurement approaches that leverage external vendors effectively
- Engage suppliers to source proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms to balance cost efficiency with service quality and delivery timelines
- Oversee the logistics and fulfilment of goods, proactively tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues
- Ensure all purchases meet organisational standards and adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with finance and suppliers on invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, timely payment, and resolution of discrepancies
- Support the Procurement Manager on both regional and global initiatives, including contributing to reporting and ad-hoc analysis
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline
- Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or purchasing operations
- Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation
- Experience in indirect categories such as technology, IT hardware or software.
- Experience in procurement software such as SAP, Oracle or Ariba, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track spend, and identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance environment with global exposure
