MEIKO, a leading health and wellness brand under Goldlife Marketing Sdn Bhd, is looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive to support our growing team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related records using HRMS.
• Organize staff engagement activities, company events, and welfare programs.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and training coordination.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
