• Prepare and produce pastry and dessert items as assigned, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in daily mise-en-place, ensuring readiness and smooth operation during service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all pastry items.
• Support in the creation and execution of new dessert menus and buffet displays.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry section at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
• Assist in training and guiding Commis and junior kitchen staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
