Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Operation: Assist head chef with cooking, food prep, packing, and replenishing inventory.
• Customer Service & Ordering: Greet customers, take orders accurately.
• Food Service: Serve food and drinks, ensuring accuracy with orders and maintaining high-quality presentation.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning of kitchen & serving area to ensure outlets/stall at optimum condition to serve customers.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with managing waste bins, moving/carrying goods require by the outlets/stalls.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of products to answer customer queries and make recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in kitchen is preferred.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
• Willing to stand for long hours and perform cleaning duties when required.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is an added advantage.
