• Conduct credit checks and recommend customer credit limits and payment terms for approval.
• Maintain customer accounts, credit limits, and credit terms in the system.
• Monitor overdue accounts, manage collections, and block/unblock sales orders based on credit status and approval.
• Process debit/credit notes, perform account reconciliations, and assist in stock take and Capex audits.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of two years on Credit Control Supervision and account receivable process experience
• Communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations
• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
