About The Role

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of programs and projects that enable key business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and timelines. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs or projects aligned with business objectives

Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring clarity across stakeholders

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively

Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, address issues, and maintain alignment

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive informed decision-making and ensure successful outcomes

Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering accountability and high performance

Resolve complex problems across teams and ensure smooth delivery of project objectives

Promote a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a complex, matrixed environment

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Ability to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience leading teams and influencing outcomes across different organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications

Experience managing large-scale transformation or technology-driven initiatives

Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks

Background in consulting or professional services environments
