Job Outline:

· Provides and maintains accurate information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data.

· Lead and oversee the daily operations of the production line and ensure production goals and quality standards are met.

· Train and develop operator’s competences to achieve defined KPIs, communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating job results.

· Resolve issues and disputes in production workplaces.

· Upholds and enforce company policies and guiding principles.

· To manage process workflow and to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules.

· Conduct production capacity analysis and analyze staffing requirements to ensure efficient compliance with production schedules and budget.

· Support and actively participant in Kaizen activities.

· Team player and contribute all relevant effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Set daily / weekly / monthly goals and clearly communicate out to all respective stakeholders.

· Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement through audits, coaching, and collaboration with operators.

· Promote a safe and clean working environment.

· Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management

Academic Qualification:

· Possess at least SPM and above. Preferably at least certificate in any field.

Experience / Skill Required:

· At least 2 years of working experience in similar / related field.

· Possess assertive, optimistic, resilient and positive thinker with good problem-solving skills.

· Willing to learn new things and always render helping hand to others.

· Consistently deliver his / her duties and occasionally exceeded the expectations.

· Self-motivated and willing to work extra miles in any circumstances.

· Able to cultivate teamwork spirit.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
