We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Dental Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front desk support, managing patient appointments, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements.
• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient communications.
• Provide basic information regarding clinic services, treatment procedures, and appointment availability.
• Handle patient records and ensure information is updated accurately.
• Manage payment collection, receipts, and daily transaction records.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
• Support other clinic operations as required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
