Job Description (Process Engineer)

• Provide manufacturing process such as Milling, EDM, Wirecut, Grinding, CNC.
• Work closely with production to ensure activities are carried out correctly and in compliance to released processes
• Work closely with production leader and machinist on failure troubleshooting, provide WI (Work Instruction).
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production methods, reduce cycle times, and increase throughput while maintaining product quality standards
• Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to prevent defects, reduce variability, and enhance product reliability through process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide production process for incoming job to support production planner.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements :

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience with production line / workstation setup / machining process and jig / tooling design
• Knowledge in manufacturing process such as Milling, EDM, Wirecut, Grinding, CNC and other processes.
• Strong PC computer skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skill
• Work independently and good team work
• Strong inclination to continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
