• Maintain and ensure 100% availability of VAC system.
• Develop, implement and periodically review preventive maintenance program for VAC related equipment.
• Manage VAC technical team for conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Submit VAC maintenance monthly report.
• Prepare and arrange the availability of consumables and spare parts.
• Liaise and coordinate with third party equipment maintenance specialist.
• Prepare health and safety procedures in conducting maintenance work.

Requirement:-

• At least Bachelor Degree or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in construction or maintenance field.
• Good knowledge in chilled water system, ventilation system, chiller plantroom, smoke spill system or other related field.
• Working on high rise building.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
