What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- CGPA 2.00 and above
- Age 27 and below
- Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
What You’ll Do
- Assist Senior Engineers in managing slope projects
- Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and authorities
- Monitor site progress and ensure quality standards
- Work closely with clients, coordinators, and subcontractors
Program Highlights
- 9-month Graduate Trainee Program with allowance
- 1 week of Soft Skills Training
- 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
