We are seeking an experienced and independent accounting professional who is capable of managing the full set of accounts with minimal supervision. Candidates who are available for immediate employment or can join within a short notice period are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts independently and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of liabilities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Liaise independently with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Identify process improvements and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Handle ad hoc finance and administrative assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability or able to commence work within short notice will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
