Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Medical sales representatives promote and sell medical devices, equipment and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. They provide product information and demonstrate features to healthcare professionals. Medical representatives negotiate and close sales contracts.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale medical sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and updates on new products, promotions, and pricing.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products, orders, and billing.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar industry is necessary with reporting duties.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
