Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate with customers on order changes, delivery schedules, and shipment requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding demand planning, order status, inventory availability, and delivery concerns.
• Analyze customer forecasts, assess demand changes, and communicate weekly production requirements to internal teams.
• Maintain and update customer order information, including delivery dates, ETA, ASN, and invoice records within relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Material Control, and Planning teams to align material availability and production schedules.
• Work closely with production planning teams to ensure sufficient materials are available to meet shipment targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Material, Production, and Supply Chain teams to improve demand planning accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve issues affecting delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor order progress and provide visibility on delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other planning-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM), supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, or related industries.
• Experience in demand planning, customer order management, forecasting, and production coordination is preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions.
• Experience using SAP, WMS, or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle urgent situations independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
