We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, training, compliance, and foreign worker management while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding, and employee confirmation.
- Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR database, and employment documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and other HR correspondence.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, leave administration, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and staff welfare programmes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, and domestic inquiry documentation.
- Coordinate employee performance management, probation reviews, appraisal exercises, and employee development initiatives.
- Organise employee engagement activities, company events, employee communications, and training programmes, including HRD Corp matters where applicable.
- Manage foreign worker administration, including recruitment, onboarding, work permit renewals, FOMEMA medical examinations, immigration-related documentation, accommodation coordination, and liaison with relevant government authorities and appointed agencies.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, PDPA, and other applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, turnover reports, and other reports required by Management.
- Liaise with government agencies, statutory bodies, auditors, and external service providers on HR-related matters.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, statutory requirements, and labour regulations.
- Familiar with payroll processing and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
