Job Title: IT & Digital Transformation Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / Singapore (Travel Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to oversee IT operations and lead digital transformation initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. The role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, end-user support, and driving technology projects, including AI and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Lead digital transformation and IT modernization projects.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services.
• Develop and implement IT policies, governance, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, procurement, and service agreements.
• Ensure reliable IT support, helpdesk services, and system availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT projects, office IT setup, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage IT assets and support compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or IT Management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, ITSM/ITIL, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise networks (Palo Alto, Ubiquiti) and end-user support.
• Experience leading digital transformation or AI-driven technology initiatives is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel regularly across Singapore and Malaysia (up to 60%).

Preferred:

• Azure Fundamentals certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry is an added advantage.
