HR Consultant

Locations: Kuala Lumpur / Kajang
Salary: RM3,000 and above (based on experience) + Allowances
Salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand clients' HR needs and provide suitable HR consultancy and solutions.
• Advise clients on HR best practices, recruitment, employee management, and HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Work closely with the internal recruitment and HR team to meet client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support business development by maintaining excellent client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Consultancy, or a related field.
• Strong HR knowledge and a good understanding of HR practices.
• Good consultancy, communication, and client management skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and build long-term professional relationships.
• Own transportation and a valid driving licence are required, as travelling to client sites may be necessary.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
