• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash.
• Prepare and print shipping labels and related documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on finance-related matters.
• Support the Finance team with administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience in e-commerce accounting is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Location: Ijok, Kuala Selangor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
