Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking for high organized and experienced ClinicSupervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic - TheLongevity GP (TLGP).

The successful candidate will provide support, direction,and oversight of the day-to-day operations, manage staff and development,ensuring quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient workenvironment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.
  • Manage rosters for the team including doctors
  • Support doctors for in-clinic procedures and chaperones
  • Perform clinical procedures such as simple dressing, ECG and nebuliser treatments.
  • Provide excellent customer service including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Oversee the clinic’s finance and administration matters including ensuring files and information are organized and petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant department.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners.
  • Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment, stock taking and general housekeeping.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH and HCSA guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned.

What We Are Looking for

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE 'N' or 'O' level/Graduate, with 3 years’ experience in outpatient GP Clinic, preferably with Supervisory/management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in relevant Government and insurance schemes and subsidies.
  • Intermediate knowledge on MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate and lead Clinic Assistants effectively.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused service.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with clinic management application.
