Job Summary:

• Manage procurement activities.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient store operations.
• Interact with vendors and end users.

Job Description:

• To be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and administering the procurement process of the company.
• Ensure adequate and effective stock management and control to ensure maximum utilisation of all stocks.
• To be responsible for monitoring the main store and sub store par level.
• Assist in cost saving.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks relevant to procurement and store.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of products and inventory management systems (if any).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
