Assist to Project Manager in planning, execute, and monitor construction work to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, method statements, and related documentation.
Prepare material checklist before commencement of works.
Assist Project Manager to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants on project matters.
Track project variations, contractual claims, and report cost impacts to the Project Director.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality in accordance with specifications.
Maintain records of work, materials, and completed sections.
Assist the Assistant Project Manager in handling engineering and technical matters.
Perform site measurement, valuation, and maintain related records.
Assist Project Manager participate in tender and BQ preparation.
Able to travel to site, follow company instructions and work overtime, weekends or during emergencies when required.
Responsible for material cost enquiry, prepare project cost/budget and coordinating materials, tools and equipment required for site works when necessary.
Should present themselves professionally.
Ensure compliance with relevant civil engineering codes, regulations and industry standards.
Maintain confidentiality of company and project information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Professional Certificate in Civil, Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a related field, or relevant working experience of min 1 year.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Having knowledge in using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
Able to use surveying equipment.
Must possess a valid driving license.
