Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage ISO documentation and records (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001) and PDPA policies for Singapore operations
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor and review QMS and ISMS performance, highlighting risks and improvement areas to management
• Ensure effective document control, compliance tracking, and preparation for Management Review
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits
• Manage corrective action processes and follow up on audit findings
• Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain certifications
• Support cross-functional teams in meeting compliance and audit requirements

Requirements

• Certifications or knowledge in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001) and PDPA
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, ISO implementation, or internal auditing
• Experience in IT or technology-related environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across departments
• Familiarity with Singapore government systems (e.g., GeBIZ, CorpPass) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
