Job Scopes

· Perform daily data scraping/crawling from publicly available online sources and prepare the data in the designated templates.

· Format and process Agent Reports and Tradeline Reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and completion within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).

· Match, verify, and maintain data against the existing database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates to work trackers.

· Ensure the quality and accuracy of all assigned work, meeting productivity targets and company standards.

· Provide support to team members during periods of absence or when additional operational assistance is required.

· Undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

Education

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good computer literacy and internet research skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
