Join our Operations team under the Protégé Programme, an initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with practical workplace experience and exposure to business operations. Throughout the program you will gain hands-on experience in ERP systems, inventory management, operational documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational records in the ERP system (Acumatica), including delivery orders, sales orders, inventory transfers, invoices, and shipment details.
• Perform data entry, verification, and data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational records.
• Prepare and process operational documents such as delivery orders, stock adjustments, and claim documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on loaned equipment returns, outstanding invoices, and other operational matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support day-to-day operational activities.
• Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the department as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal. MUET Band 4 or above is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Possess own transportation and be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
