Job Brief

We are an established company in the Printed Circuit Board industry based in Singapore, expanding our business footprint into the fast-growing semiconductor sector across the ASEAN region. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant Manager to lead market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in semiconductor-related markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor ecosystem across ASEAN.

• Build and manage relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.

• Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and key accounts.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with semiconductor industry requirements.

• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related industries.

• Strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem in ASEAN preferred.

• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, or related technologies.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel across ASEAN for business development activities.
