We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Protégé Programme, a structured 9-month training designed to provide hands-on experience in civil engineering projects, especially in slope management and site coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Age 27 years and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Possess own transport & valid driving license

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing slope-related projects
• Support Senior Engineers / Coordinators in project execution
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure work complies with design and specifications
• Coordinate site activities with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

Programme Structure - 9 months Programme

• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months + 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
