Job Summary

You will engage customers face-to-face to deliver impactful brand experiences, support marketing campaigns and events, and collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals while continuously improving through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly to deliver memorable and effective brand experiences
• Represent client brands professionally in both B2C and B2B settings to increase brand awareness
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including events and roadshows, to drive customer engagement
• Communicate brand messages clearly and persuasively to target audiences to enhance brand perception
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed campaign objectives and deadlines
• Participate actively in coaching and training sessions to improve skills and performance continuously
• Maintain professionalism and foster positive interactions with customers to uphold brand reputation
