Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Manage day-to-day workstreams for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and debt or equity capital markets.
• Financial Analysis: Build and check complex valuation models (e.g., LBO, DCF, and comparable company analysis).
• Client Presentations: Assist senior team members (VPs and MDs) in designing pitch decks, confidential information memoranda (CIM), and marketing materials.
• Project Management: Direct and mentor junior Analysts, ensuring accuracy in data rooms and due diligence processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate directly with corporate clients, investors, and legal or tax advisors.
