We are looking for a highly experienced Logistics Executive / Senior Executive to take on a leadership role in managing end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations. This role requires someone capable of leading a team, driving structure, and ensuring smooth execution across logistics functions, including internal and external warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and discipline.
• Supervise and guide logistics and warehouse team members, ensuring performance and accountability.
• Manage inventory control, storage, and material movement, including internal and external warehouses.
• Oversee import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery and operations.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, stock accuracy, and operational performance.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, controls, and best practices within the department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, customs processes, and documentation.
• Hands-on, structured, and able to enforce discipline in operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
