We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive with at least 3 years of experience in leasing and tenancy administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, tenancy-related matters, statutory compliance, and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Tenancy Administration

• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, terminations, and related documentation.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, property managers, and relevant authorities on tenancy matters.
• Monitor rental payments, security depo, and tenancy compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements and lease-related documents.

Administrative & Compliance Matters

• Coordinate and process utility accounts and bill payments.
• Handle applications, renewals, and maintenance of business licences and permits.
• Assist in tax-related administrative matters and coordinate with external parties when required.
• Manage company insurance policies, renewals, and claims documentation.
• Liaise with Company Secretary on statutory filings, corporate documents, and compliance matters.

Office Administration

• Manage office stationery procurement and inventory control.
• Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office printers, copiers, and related equipment.
• Liaise with courier service providers and coordinate document deliveries.

Fleet & Driver Administration

• Monitor vehicle road tax renewals, inspections, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Process drivers' claims and maintain accurate claim records.

General Administration

• Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records.
• Assist management with ad-hoc administrative duties and special assignments.
• Ensure all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
