Overview
We are looking for a highly driven, proactive, and curious Sales Development Representative with a strong “hunter” mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch, initiating conversations, and actively pursuing new business opportunities in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential clients (property developers)
• Drive outbound efforts including cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
• Take ownership of the full front-end sales cycle: discovery, pitching, proposal creation, and follow-ups
• Understand client challenges deeply and propose tailored, solution-based approaches
• Confidently lead business meetings and presentations
• Persistently follow through to close deals and achieve targets
• Continuously test new ideas, messaging, and strategies to improve conversion
• Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the Client Success team
