Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

• Assist in process analysis, process improvement, and solution design.

• Participate in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other project documentation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
