The role focuses on supporting front-office trading applications, with a strong emphasis on Murex production support, ensuring the stability and availability of business-critical systems used by traders across Asia. You'll work closely with front-office users, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support releases, and drive continuous improvements.

We're Looking For Candidates With

• 5+ years of Application/Production Support experience
• Hands-on experience with Murex
• Experience supporting trading or Global Markets applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills (SQL/Linux/scripting is a plus)
• Experienced in supporting front-office users
