Role Description This full-time, on-site ERP Specialist role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The ERP Specialist will oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems to support core business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating requirements into ERP solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, and providing end-user support and training. The ERP Specialist will also assist in system upgrades, testing, documentation, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and Business Process Improvement to design and optimize operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and hands-on experience with ERP Software implementation or support.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose effective system enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, or HR, and familiarity with system integration and basic database concepts is an advantage.
