Eligibility Criteria:
- Singaporean Citizen or PR
- Less than 2 years of full-time work experience (excluding internships and part-time work)

- Not currently enrolled in a university / degree programme

Supply Chain Management Assistant
- To support supply chain operations by ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery coordination, inventory monitoring, and maintenance of data integrity in SAP to meet customer and business requirements.
- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in SAP.
- Receive customer delivery requests and support the creation of delivery orders and coordination with 3PL partners.
- Assist in managing tender orders according to customer requirements and established procedures.
- Support the handling of customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where necessary.
- Receive and document product complaints, and promptly escalate them to the designated local responsible person.
- Monitor stock availability and assist in following up with suppliers on delivery schedules and expected arrival dates.
- Support inventory management activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Experience/Knowledge Required
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory, and order management processes.
Special Skills/Abilities Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
