Role Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Production team in analysing operational data,

improving business processes, and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Excel and Power Automate during the 6-month internship.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyse and organise operational data to generate meaningful reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify manual and repetitive tasks and recommend automation or process improvement initiatives.
• Support the Production team in streamlining daily operations through digitalisation and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Assist in documenting business processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Role Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• High familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or a strong willingness to learn automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment and engaging with operational stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
