We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultant

If you’re someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections, and helping companies hire the right talent, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Acquire new hiring clients and build long-term relationships.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (Fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome to apply.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Enjoy meeting people and solving hiring challenges.
