Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Management Trainee to join our client's Management Trainee Program. This role is designed to develop future finance professionals through structured training and hands-on exposure to both restaurant operations and accounting functions. Successful candidates will gain practical business insights before transitioning into the Finance & Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Trainee Program and complete all assigned training.
• Undergo operational training in restaurant outlets to gain a thorough understanding of the business.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or prior experience in accounting or audit is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to undergo operational training in outlets as part of the Management Trainee Program.
• Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur and work fully onsite.
